Helen Holland

Helen has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and a background in emergency nursing and occupational health and safety. Helen is the Approved Provider of L’Atelier for Children and has owned and operated the service since 2017.
Her priority is the safety of the children within the service and is passionate about creating a beautiful, Reggio-inspired environment that foster curiosity, creativity and learning through play. Helen values strong, meaningful relationship with families, educators and the community, and is dedicated to building a warm, connected centre and supporting the educational programmes that supports every child sense of being, belonging and becoming.

Angela is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with over 20 years’ experience across Primary and Early Childhood settings. After discovering her passion while teaching in London, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has loved working closely with families ever since.
Since moving to WA in 2023, Angela has enjoyed camping adventures with her husband and two dogs, attending concerts and exploring Perth’s vibrant food scene.

Nina is a diploma-qualified educator from Ireland who has worked in Early Years since 2019. She loves getting to know each child’s unique personality and supporting their learning through creativity, art and movement. Since moving to Perth in 2023, she has embraced life in Australia and hopes to pursue Early Childhood teaching.
Outside of work, she enjoys surfing, dancing, scuba diving and travelling.
Xenia Torregrosa

Xenia is a Social Worker and Early Childhood Educator with 12 years of experience, including running her own early learning business. She is passionate about inclusion, emotional intelligence and the Reggio Emilia philosophy, and loves supporting children to thrive.
As Assistant Director, Xenia enjoys connecting with families and helping guide the centre’s daily life. Outside of work, she loves beach days, concerts and movie nights with her two boys.
Tanisha Angwin

Tanisha is an Educator and Teacher at L’Atelier, where she has been a friendly and familiar presence for nearly four years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Education) and a Cert III in Early Childhood, and is currently working towards her Diploma.
Tanisha loves spending time in the art studio, supporting children as they express themselves through creativity and play. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, home styling and doting on her puppy, Daisy.
Silvia Cafaggi De Simoni

Silvia is a dedicated educator and mum of two, holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
She believes the early years are a vital time for children to explore, learn and grow, and strives to create a warm and inspiring environment for every child. Silvia brings her Brazilian heritage into the preschool, helping build a diverse, inclusive community where all families feel they belong.

Tashi is a passionate Early Childhood Teacher who brings warmth and enthusiasm to our team. While early in her career, she is a strong team player who values collaboration and building positive relationships with children and families. Tashi is open to feedback and committed to growing professionally to provide the best outcomes for children.

Miss Liz has been an educator since 2022 and holds a Cert III in Education Support while working towards her Cert III in Early Childhood.
She is passionate about nurturing children through guidance, encouragement and plenty of warmth. In her spare time, Liz enjoys music, dance, spending time with loved ones and cuddling her two cats and her dog, Honey.
